Times change.  We have umpteen fruit trees.  Q.  What to do with 20 
gallons of plums?  A.  Make 20 gallons of plum wine.
But we went on a diet.  Lots of calories in wine.  So now we
have 15 gallons of plum wine in the shed.  And 5 gallons of grape wine 
in the garage.
