[Elecraft] Chasing paddles around desk top

Unfortunately, the table I have the key on does not have a nice, smooth
surface. It's a plastic table that is stored in the right side armrest of
my recliner, and swings up on a support arm. The surface is too hard and
irregular for the rubber feet to gain any purchase. To combat this, I have
a sheet of soft, highly textured shelf liner fastened down. It's designed
to keep glasses and cups from sliding around on shelves, so they don't fall
out and break if you nudge them. It works quite well, and even better with
the heavier base on my key.
