[Elecraft] P3 Panadapter Cable Connections

While I don't have the Microham, the Y should be first in the series 
(listen only port to the Microham); to the P3, then the cable from the 
P3 to the K3 so they can 'chat'.  (That is the same as I do for my 
SteppIR controller.)
