[Elecraft] Elecraft Support?

Because if everyone does that, either Elecraft never gets to do anything
besides answer phone calls, or we end up waiting the same amount of time
for a call back after leaving a voicemail. Email's faster unless you've got
a ton of back-and-forth questions.
