[Elecraft] Sudden loss of K3 RX sensitivity

I have had a similar loss of RX on my K3S. It is cured by turning the
RF control down and then back up. I don't know what causes this and
whether it is hardware or software related. A twist of the knob is all
it takes to fix so I live with it.
