[Elecraft] KX3 - Holding Power Output at Set Value\

Looks like the wall wart cannot provide the 2.5 A needed for transmit. The drop to 10 V automatically triggers dropping to 5 W.

If you want a small supply, the KX-33 can provide 4 A at 14 V.
