Since this is a used radio, to which you may not have history, I suggest 
you check the installed filters and determine their location and the 
required off-set frequency.    See page 48 in the manual, "Filter 
Frequency Offset".

More details on Configuration is found on page 48 pertaining to Crystal 
Filter setup.
