Release of the KPA1500 was delayed by the need to fix an issue on 6M. I 
learned this from someone in a Visalia booth. Mine has been working 
flawlessly for more than a year. Prior to that, I made extensive use of 
a KPA500 and KAT500, and still use them for county expeditions. Elecraft 
does extensive beta testing before they start shipping products.
