[Elecraft] Plug on KPA-1500

If the ask of the electrician was to change the 110v outlet to 240v, his
response will be - you can't do that. If the request was to add/pull in a
new 240v circuit, he will be able to do that assuming your existing panel
supports adding the circuit.
