[Elecraft] KAT500 Locked on Ant 1

One of your antennas might be disabled.

Check the KAT500 Utility, Configuration, Edit Configuration, Antennas tab.
Perhaps the "Enabled" checkbox is off for ANT2.  This is a per-band setting.

Looking for thoughts on my KAT500 that remains locked on Ant 1, cannot
change to ant 2, manually or via the Elecraft utility regardless of the mode
setting,   Set configuration to a later set up still no joy.  And of course
does not tune, no relay actions, no caps set or inductors shown in utility. 
I am not aware of any electrical storms in the area.

Appreciate hearing from anyone who has an idea.
