[Elecraft] Repair Service

Is Elecraft having a problem with its repair service? My radio was accepted on February 2, 2021, and I was quoted a 20 working day turn around. It is now April 9, 2021, and they will not answer emails, or telephone calls. My stress level has gone from disappointed to disgusted. I am starting to worry if I will ever see my K3S again! Can anyone suggest a course of action?
