[Elecraft] K3: KIO3 digital board failed (I think)

Had the same thing a few years ago.  I plugged the PP into the K3 only it was offset a bit. Nanacged to get the cable Red on the K3 Black. Smelled smoke (P3 cable insulation) and blew L1 on the RS232 circuit.
