[Elecraft] K3: Is the Rx-In/Rx-Out line tied to whatever Band the K3 is set to?

I am running an SDR-IQ connected to the Rx In/Out BNC's on the rear
apron ...via a MiniCircuits Splitter.

With "RxAnt" engaged, it appears to me that there is very little signal
available to anywhere except the band to which the K3 is tuned.

Is this correct?

I'd previously figured that the Antenna input was before all the filters
and such.
