[Elecraft] Elecraft 80 Meter Net Announcement

Just shortly before you posted this, Kevin posted that the 40M 
CW net was a 0045z on Monday (Sunday evening for those of us in 
the US.) Also the frequencies he posted are: 14050 kHz. 
and 7047 kHz.
