[Elecraft] CW Tune Led for Elecraft K2/K1

 When Ron's CW Indicator kit became unavailable, I drew up a board in KiCad and had OshPark make some up.  The masking makes part placement a bit more critical than the original board.  But it does work fine.
NJR has apparently stopped making the PLL decoder IC (NJM2211M)Both Mouser and Digikey are out of stockThey seem to be available elsewhere.  But who knows if they are real or knockoffs.
