[Elecraft] KPA500 low RX sig when amp is in OPER

Jack,

This fault has been reported several times and usually turns out to be a 
problem in the KPA500 T/R switch area.
I suggest you consult with support at elecraft.com for guidance on how to 
proceed (fix it yourself or send it in for repair).
