[Elecraft] [K3] Issue with HI CUR on 12m

While it may not be a “perfect” material, it was what I had on hand, and I measured over 800 ohms choking impedance on the band of interest. 

It’s definitely doing something useful.

I have your cookbook, and will use it for future projects.
