[Elecraft] KPA1500 firmware 2.48 beta available

Using 2.48 here and no issues ragchewing on 80 meters or doing digital
FT8/FT4 on several different bands. I have the XCVR port connected to the
USB port of a Flex 6700 via the KXUSB cable.
