Check the Activity section of the WSPRnet.org site: you can see which 
slots stations are occupied. Also, check the received signals on your 
display and select a vacant spot.

But it doesn't matter very much-- wspr station transmissions occur at 
random intervals so that stations on the same frequency will not 
consistently interfere with each other. This assumes everyone has 
selected a reasonable Tx Fraction, not 100%.
