[Elecraft] K4 Final Retail Pricing

We've just posted our final retail pricing for the K4 to the Elecraft web
page.

We worked hard to keep costs under control and the final price adjustments
reasonable with a retail increase of just $100 for the K4/10 and K4/10
versus their prior max deposits, and an increase of $300 for the K4D.

K4 Retail Prices:
K4/10  $3,599.95
K4:      $4,099.95
K4D:   $4,999.95
K4HD  ($ still TBD after final release)
