[Elecraft] ARRL Handbook 2021

I purchased the 2021 version and my copy didn't include the download 
code. I called ARRL and they provided it saying some early shipments of 
books didn't ship with one.

Once you have the code, you then go to the ARRL store site and add the 
2021 Handbook e-Book (either Mac/Linux or Windows) into your cart. Use 
the code provided as the coupon code and you'll be able to "purchase" 
the e-Book for $0.00.

I successfully downloaded it using the above.
