[Elecraft] k2 cw filter alignment friture app

Carlos,

I have just checked since the latest Win10 feature update. Spectrogram 
16 is working OK on my Win10/64 Pro PC. In fact I'm watching 12m FT8 
coming alive on it.

Setup is K3 with USB interface upgrade.
