[Elecraft] K3s Band Decode for Transverters

The FreqEZ Band Decoder will collect frequency data from some logging 
programs (DXLab, N1MM, Logger32), or BCD band data from the K3. Its 
output can then be configured to produce BCD outputs to drive the Q5.

It's a DIY project. The software is free. You'll have to buy or build 
the hardware.
