[Elecraft] K4 Kit???

Not in my experience. Chokes are inductors and, together with stray
capacitance, can create unwanted resonances and accompanying
parasitics. Resistors just bleed the charge off an otherwise nearly
infinite input impedance which is the whole idea in the first place.

**"Nearly infinite" is not a really good term mathematically, but it's
short and conveys the idea
