[Elecraft] K3(s) SteppIR control

I also have a K3s, P3, and Steppir SDA-100.  It took me some time to get it
working well, but it works quite well now.  See the inserted sketch

I do have to have a CAT program operating in order for the SDA-100 to
autotrack, but it works well most (all?) that I have tried.  I mostly use
DXLab & N1MM.
