[Elecraft] Prevent the K3s from keying my KPA500 when I am on 2M

I use my K3 on all HF bands and have the internal 2M transverter. there are
times when I am using my other radio on HF, and have my K3 on 2M along with
its own 2M amp. I have not found a way to prevent my K3 from keying the PTT
of the KPA when it is on 2M.

I followed the thread from N6TV on the list from August 2019 but I have not
found his solution for this KPA 1500 to work in my case.

Any suggestions from this group would be appreciated.
