[Elecraft] DATA A not available on 20 & 15 PSK31

It takes more than a 1/2 sec hold. A full 1-2 sec works better. 

You’re getting the error of trying to go DPLIT when one ZvFO is not on sane Data mode.   Do the double-tap on A>B.
