Are you talking about removing the cable from the amp? It just pulls out. There is some tension on the contacts so it will require a little force. Just pull straight out.

If you are talking about the chassis mounted Power Poles, there are screws on the inside that hold a bracket and wedge which keep them secure to the chassis.
