[Elecraft] KAT500 antenna switching question - can't switch from ANT1

Fixed.  tnx to VE7ZD for the answer.  ANT2 and ANT3 were disabled under
Config tab.  Checking those boxes - and checking the box indicating All
Bands - did the trick.
