[Elecraft] Tech Support - I Appreciate the Difficulty...

of the current situation, but wow…

I have been going back and forth with tech support via email (which of course is half the problem) for 3 weeks now.  I send an email, it gets passed to the K3S expert, he gets a garbled message, I get a response that makes no sense, I send another message, it gets passed along, I get another response that makes no sense, and on and on ad infinitum.
