[Elecraft] Trying RF Gain Calibration with XG3 but fails

Hello again,
I sent this message a few days ago but did not get a single response. I have emailed Elecraft support but due to COVID-19, I am not sure when I will get a response from them. So here is my message again:
Anyone?
I still have not been able to figure this out.
