[Elecraft] Spkrs+Ph ??

Since Elecraft is so backed up.  I thought would ask this question here

I just received my invoice for repairs to my K3S

There was a notation stating:
SPKR + PH wrong toogle.   Reset to NO

I found this unusual as I have it set to YES since my headphones and stereo external speakers both plugged into the rear panel.  

Any idea why setting it to YES is considered wrong?

I am a bit baffled??
