[Elecraft] PX3 signal artifact - still seeking a solution

Do artifacts disappear when you have USB cable connected to the laptop but
disconnected from PX3?
Perhaps the USB cable acts like an antenna. 

For RFI transmitted via USB cable, try USB isolator. E.g.,
