[Elecraft] Waterproof SO-239 covers

Laziness maybe? Uninformed? I don’t know…frustrating for sure... I can tell you that some people *IN* the US can’t get things shipped.  I used to live in Hawaii, its a state in the US, no customs forms, we’d pay the shipping, and people STILL would not ship there. 

Staggers the imagination.
