[Elecraft] RSP-1A as panadapter

I use none. The K3s has an IF out that requires no protection. I've been 
doing this for over a year with no problem. I drive the panadapter in 
the Win4K3 suite with it, and it controls what I see out of the RSP. 
Works like a champ with nothing special to do.
