How you use your CPAP will have the biggest impact on your decision.  Heat
and moisture adds a significant impact on the size of the battery.  I would
also suggest two separate packs.  This will guarantee you always have what
you need for your CPAP and may even have a back up.  There are some nice
LiFe systems out there that have a solar controller built in which will
allow you to run a small solar panel to charge it while using the radio.
