[Elecraft] Oscilloscope recs

Yeah, those are the scopes where HP had to design new coax connectors because existing ones were limiting the bandwidth of the scopes. And that was back in the 1980s.

For a while, I was working on the same floor as the HP Labs team making those ADCs, but the earthquake sent us to different buildings.
