I use a text-only email client 99% of the time...the problem is...just as with this email...threads are hijacked all the time, so I can't usually look at the subject and sender and know that I want to read the email or not. I have been guilty of this myself...just as in this case...where I respond in the moment, and (except for now) don't realize that I am off thread.
