[Elecraft] KX3 radio settings for WSJT-X

And thanks for your tips - I did try to improve ground bonding, but it
still floats differently because I haven't gone far enough, and since
chokes on my feedline are at the amp end, instead of the untuned
iintentional radiator 30' above me.....I shouldn't be surprised :)
