[Elecraft] CW Sidetone and Line Out?

Wow thanks Bob.  I thought I was going nuts and wasn't sure where the
sidetone was coming from.  Seems odd that the normal mon control doesn't
affect this but I'm sure Elecraft had it's reasons.
