[Elecraft] P3 Utility Help Please

Thanks Bill. Always a good suggestion, but didn't help.

Port, Firmware, Command Tester, and Capture Image tabs all work as
expected.

Configuration tab has Save P3 Configuration and Restore P3 Configuration
grayed out.
