[Elecraft] K3S Wont TX in RTTY

Have you set the CONFIG: PTT -KEY to the proper choice for your PC 
comms?   When I say proper choice I had to test each one until I found 
the setting that works on my Laptop.   Obviously the radio must also be 
set to AFSK and not FSK
