[Elecraft] K3 AGC off mutes audio?; DO A BACKUP TO PRESERVE SETTINGS

This is why keeping a backup can be the best tool of the bunch.  You run into an issue, reload the backup.  Then erroneous settings made in haste or error can be fixed.  Now that you have fixed and radio is running as you want, do a backup.  Sometimes glitches get into the mix for no good reason, do a backup.  Install it first to fix the settings.  Will save yourself lots of grief in the future.

Check the AF LIM settings.  {page 57 in the manual}    Typical value is NOR 030.
