[Elecraft] K4 Features and current K3+

That is the way my old TS-570 is but my K3 has only 1 ptt line, but if I am
not mistaken in digital modes the mic is muted. I am not sure of that since
I hardly ever have a mic plugged in, but I think that is what I read in the
book.
