[Elecraft] KPA500...standby vs. operate

 My kpa shows HV 76 both in standby AND operate.  Drops to 61V, key down, 500W output.  AC line input drops from 124 to 122V at same time.

I have a K-Pod button dedicated to turning VOX on and off.
