[Elecraft] [PX3] Waterfall

The waterfall height range adjustment is from 20-139, with 100 as the default.  With height set to 139, slightly more than 1/2 the display is waterfall — maybe 60%

At that height it takes about 10-11 seconds for a signal to move to the bottom of the display
