[Elecraft] Operating on a cruise ship ...

Interesting response.  I do agree (same XYL for the last 46 years).  When I got back in to ham radio I also took on a wife at the same time. I built an HW 7 “to have by the bed side to listen to code and get my speed up”.  My fellow club members had a riot with that comment..... so the HW 7 stayed in the extra bed room in our mobile home..... I still get the eye roll from her when I have a new victory in my radio room but we’re still together and this old NERD still can fix anything that breaks and also debug her iPad and iPhone.  So she does see some benefit to my hobby...... she even bought me a KX 3 when they first came out.
