[Elecraft] K3 VFO-B knob replacement notes

Two possible replacements.  Not exact appearance to original, but both are 1.25 inch diameter, and about 0.7 inch tall.  Very close to original measurements.

This one is plastic.  Drawing available online.

If they would work as satisfactory replacements, IMO it would be better than having to disassemble the front panel.
