[Elecraft] KX3/KXPA100 POWER ISSUES

I'm running a KX3 with a KXPA100 and just started to have some power issues.  There is a substantial difference between what the watts out on the rig show and what shows up on the KXPA power out meter.  Here's what's showing in watts between the rig and the amp:

Any ideas on what's going on and how might I fix this?
