[Elecraft] KAT500 config restore

This config save problem is generally caused by a permissions issue to the configuration file folder. 

You need a folder that a non-admin can create files and write into. The default folder is c:\Users\yourname\Appdata\Roaming\Elecraft\KAT500 configuration. You should be able to create a file in that folder with normal user permissions, without becoming an admin.
